Quality Engineering Lead.

We’re Hiring - Quality Engineering Lead Requirements A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. 6-7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with at least 2+ years in a QE Lead, Associate Lead, or similar leadership role. Proven experience defining and executing enterprise-scale test strategies for data platforms, integrations, APIs, and distributed systems. Strong experience with test automation frameworks and automation-first delivery models. Experience in Data Quality Testing, ETL Testing, Data Migration Testing, Database Testing, and Data Validation frameworks. Experience designing and implementing automation solutions using Java, Python, or similar programming languages. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, Maven, SonarQube, and related platforms. Experience in performance engineering and performance testing tools. Strong knowledge of software testing processes, practices and test design techniques. A solid practical understanding of Agile Software Testing and Software Engineering concepts. Professional certifications such as ISTQB, PMI-ACP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) would be an added advantage.
