Senior Business Analyst.

VS One World is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support the delivery of complex digital solutions, including AI-enabled products and enterprise platforms.  We are looking for a self-driven professional who can take ownership of business analysis activities, work with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, challenge assumptions, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.  Key Responsibilities Lead requirement discovery, stakeholder workshops, and business analysis activities. Translate business needs into epics, user stories, process flows, and clear acceptance criteria. Analyze existing systems, workflows, integrations, and functional gaps. Manage requirement priorities, traceability, and backlog readiness. Facilitate refinement sessions and support estimation and release planning. Work closely with product, UI/UX, engineering, QE, and DevOps teams. Proactively identify requirement gaps, dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions. Support solution demonstrations, UAT, and business acceptance.  Generative AI Capabilities Leverage GenAI tools for research, requirement analysis, documentation, and productivity improvements. Use AI to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, process scenarios, and meeting summaries. Apply AI-assisted analysis to identify requirement gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases. Critically validate AI-generated outputs while maintaining data confidentiality. Demonstrate practical examples of how AI has improved previous BA work.  What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional Business Analysis experience. Ability to work with minimal supervision, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively drive activities while collaborating effectively with the team. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to challenge assumptions, manage ambiguity, and drive decisions. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and software delivery practices. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management. Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows. Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills. Experience with enterprise SaaS, digital transformation, or AI-enabled products is an advantage. Domain Knowledge in e-Learning is an added advantage.   Candidates who demonstrate strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, collaborative working practices, and practical, responsible use of Generative AI will receive priority during shortlisting.
