Kosmo Group, a leading Sri Lankan agribusiness group with a diversified portfolio spanning animal nutrition, poultry farming, breeding, laboratory services, and chicken processing, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - IT. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Experience in ERP systems, networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management. Knowledge of database management, system integration, and IT project management. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem- solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and IT security. Support ERP implementation, system integration, and continuous improvement of business processes. Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems across the organization. Oversee database administration, data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures. Coordinate with departments to identify technology requirements and implement suitable IT solutions. Manage IT vendors, service providers, budgets, and IT-related projects. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and internal controls.
