We’re looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity. Oversee ERP/SAP implementation, integration, and management. Drive AI implementation and digital transformation initiatives. Manage hospital information systems and healthcare applications. Ensure data protection, information security, and compliance. Lead IT teams, vendors, and stakeholder relationships. Facilitate IT training and technology adoption. Requirements Strong experience in IT leadership and technology management. Expertise in infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP. Knowledge of data protection and information security. Exposure to AI implementation and digital transformation. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Healthcare or hospital-sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
