Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SFA, SAP ERP, end-user support, IT operations, Windows technologies, and network infrastructure. Proficient in MS Windows 10/11 operating systems, MS Office 365, printer management, and computer device maintenance. Exposure to a manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage. The ideal candidate should be result-driven, adaptable, flexible, resourceful, and have a positive attitude. Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala are required to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities Provide end-to-end support for the SFA system used by the Sales team, coordinate with the Sales team to understand requirements and resolve system issues. Train new sales users on SFA system usage and best practices, coordinate with SFA vendor for enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Respond to user inquiries and requests for assistance and troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems. Maintain IT documentation, asset records, SOPs, and user manuals. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to conduct scheduled services and maintenance activities. Support the IT team in new project implementations and process improvements.
